Registration
Registration is compulsory for everybody, including speakers and abstracts presenters, either oral or posters presenters.

SBHCI non-associated speakers will be exempted from registration; SBHCI-associated speakers will be "pre-registered" at 50% off the lowest advance registration fee; exemptions will be provided under SBHCI's articles of incorporation provisions;

Registration will be conducted using the official Brazilian monetary value and electronic collection systems.

Internet
The convention center provides fast wireless Internet connection everywhere on site.

Media Desk
A media desk can be found at the exhibition pavilion beside the SBHCI stand. It will be operational for all event days. All speakers are kindly requested to register their presentations here, check information system
