Dear colleagues,

Another Latin Congress on Hemodynamics and Interventional Cardiology has been carefully prepared. We see once again the come of the moment for us all to gather for the most important annual scientific and social meeting of interventional cardiology. This year, the wonderful city is waiting for us.

This congress will be such a benchmark for DESBHCI because of its scientific program, since we are once again together with SOLACI, and also because of the place where the event shall take place. Riocentro Convention Center offers great comfort and safety for the participants, and has an easy-access location, with a hotels chain nearby.

The Congress is not limited to the period of June 10 to 12, 2009. It starts quite before that, with the planning and the organization so we can offer the best for out Latin America colleagues. We wish success and satisfaction to all, so we wanted to organize an event that would privilege, in the Scientific Schedule, the relevant aspects of the nursery care.

Thanks to the collaboration of the Nursery Chapter, Technicians and Technologists from SOLACI, joining the experience and the scientific competency of DESBHCI Board and its members and the local Organizing Commision, the scientific content of this Congress is practically ready and already shows the highest level and interest.

We count on the presence of professionals from all regions in Brazil and Latin America countries, which demonstrate through their presence the commitment with the specialty and the Congress success.
